What's the best version/set up people use for Pimp Wars? I went to set up the latest linux with these settings. It works, but there is an annoying delay when doing menu options.

    Name Pimp Wars
     Tim Internal Code PIMPWARS
     Nat Start-up Directory ../xtrn/pwars/
Mes Command Line pimpwars %f %#
     Glo Clean-up Command Line
Onl Execution Cost None ͺ Access Requirements Execution Requirements Multiple Concurrent Users Yes ͺ I/O Method Standard
     Onl Native Executable/Script Yes

    Thanks for any advice!

I just setup Pimpwars from the pw_152l.zip file and it seems to work fine. You can check it out on my BBS if you like.

Age restricted to 18+ not that it really matters in the BBS world.

    Thanks,

Thanks as always nelgin! I did see it responding much much better on your board. I am running 1.52 linux, every other native door runs fast, but it might just be my limited resources? Or if you could post your settings so I can compare. Thanks!

    Sure.

Did you try running top or something to check on cpu usage?

I ran top while executing, it didn't seem to top out mem or cpu. There's just a delay between when you hit a key and when it does something. Your BBS ran fine with similar settings. No idea what could be the culprit. ugh. Thanks.
