text.dat: no space before @ELLIPSIS@

On a UTF-8 terminal @ELLIPSIS@ expands to U+2026, so the logon line
read "Logging on to Vertrauen as Deuce ..." with a detached ellipsis. The
space dates from 59179278b1 (heroes-19-maps, 2019-07-11), which replaced "Saving..." and the like with "Saving @ELLIPSIS@"; strings added later
copied that form. All 16 uses had it.

Drop the space in each, and regenerate text_defaults.c to match. ASCII terminals get "Saving..." again, as before 2019. The space *after* the
ellipsis in Disconnecting is kept.
