Restore original KNK turn transitions and pause behavior

Reproduce the timing and prompts recovered from the QuickBASIC executable:

- add input-abortable delays before monthly updates and endgame transitions
- restore the six-second computer "Thinking" delay
- implement the original 33-second "*[ Press any Key ]*" prompt
- match its bright-green prompt, normal-green erasure, and color restoration
- pause after monthly updates, endgame text, and game-score summaries
- paginate scoreboards every 22 lines and pause again at the end
- redraw the game screen after viewing an in-game scoreboard
- suppress dorkit's automatic pauses where the original controls pagination
- clear the line counter before re-enabling automatic pausing
