Expose pixel graphics to Wren

Add native colour, pixel-buffer, mask, and reusable blit descriptor
bindings. Expose screen capture, single-pixel writes, and allocation-free integer blits with clipping, scaling, mirroring, masks, and blink planes.

Allow PPM, PBM, and JXL sources to come from binary strings or
read-authorized File objects. Keep JXL discovery lazy so the API remains available when libjxl is not installed.

Exercise raw and text decoders, packed masks, validation, screen blits,
and all three isolated Wren VMs. Add a noninteractive picker mode to the
Wren harness so picker capabilities can be tested directly.
