Hi Ogg,
On <Mon, 27 Oct 24>, you wrote me:
Growing up on a farm, liver was a common main dish. My mom
would just coat liver pieces with a batter of milk/egg , coated
with flour with a touch of pepper, and fry it in butter with a
side of onions.
I just fry without coating and as long as it's not over cooked it melts
in your mouth.
Only the occassional piece would be stringy or hard.. but most
were kinda melt-in-your-mouth variety.
Yup! I love it.
Today.. I couldn't be bothered with eating liver.
I eat it often, I'm not right now but that's because my stupid stomach
has decided all meat is bad. Currently living like a vegitarian eggs
cheese and beans my source of protein. Sometimes fish is easy to
digest as well.
I will try lamb this week sometime. Oh reminds me I have some lamb
liver from the farm, I'll try that.
