    I'd think jet airplanes are worse, since they're a closed and sealed
    environment.
    While they are pressurized, they still bring in fresh air through vents in the cabin.

    They use compressed air thru the engines intake what stages I can't remember also do the same with the auxillary power unit apu. The air is taken in the aircraft and fed thru a system called packs. There are redundant systems on a aircraft like two packs in case one fails.

    I was a aircraft mechanic a long time ago, well still am the license are for life.

    Yes, I know it's a brand name.. It's a play on the word "incinerator". It took me a long time to realize that.

    But never in my lifetime has my family regularly incinerated waste of any kind, so the pun while cute is probably lost on most people.
