  • Amiga 1200 vs. Dial-up C64 BBS

    Hello Everyone!

    In this video I bring back to life a 30+ year-old Amiga 1200, install a terminal program from scratch (without any working disks with a CF-Card!), and attempt to dial into a nearly 40-year-old Commodore 64 BBS called snobsoft using a vintage 2400 baud modem.

    But first, I had to figure out how to even get terminal software runningÄno easy feat after years of silence from my Amiga. To complete the setup, I borrowed a classic 1081 CRT monitor from my Amiga 1000. Needless to say, the old hardware didn't exactly behave itself...
